 We reserve the right to keep first, second, and third pick of each litter. We will do our best to keep you informed of this decision. We may keep these picks for ourselves or place with a specific family of our choosing.

The order in which payments are received determines the order in which puppies are picked out. If someone ahead of you in line picks your “favorite” puppy and you back out there will be no refund.  Puppy picks are held around 7 weeks of age, after the puppies receive their first set of vaccines. However on a rare occasion picks may not occur until it is time for the puppies to go home. This would be typical only be for a litter with a puppy whom is going to be a service dog, a therapy dog and or keeping a puppy to be apart of our program. As the litter must be evaluated by a special trainer to determine which puppy is the best candidate . And this evaluation can only occur on specific developmental day for the litter.  We will be hosting a family day once the puppies are old enough, this may be done in person or over a pre arraigned video call. Family day is important to attend as we review important information pertaining to the puppies going home at these visits.  

Yellow and champagne puppies can range in shade from cream to red. If you are on the waiting list for a yellow or champagne puppy it is for any shade. There will be no refund issued if you do not like the shade or nose color that is available to you in the litter.
